When in motion, our feet bear the full force of our body. Because of this, many aches and pains all throughout our body can be attributed to our feet or stride. When we analyze your gait, we can see the full picture of how your bones, joints, muscles and ligaments are working together or against each other. We can then train your muscles to maintain the proper gait and reduce/eliminate many aches and pains.
